One of Brian's decoys in action
Professional Artist/Educator Brian C. Ballard brings a love for history and water fowling together with his unique brand of traditional working decoys.
A two time National Endowment for the Arts grant recipient, Brian blends the utilitarian tools of the water fowlers trade with the seasoned eye of an American Folk artist to create truly beautiful and functional gunning decoys.
Brian has received recognition for his works from a number of organizations.
